HabibiCash is committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with Canadian privacy principles (PIPEDA). We collect minimal personal information necessary to facilitate payments and maintain platform functionality:

Creator Information: Name, username, email address, and bank routing details collected securely via Stripe Connect.
Supporter Information: Email address and transaction message provided during tipping.

2. Payment Processing (Stripe)

HabibiCash does not store or process full credit card numbers or sensitive financial instruments on our servers. All financial data is handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

3. Data Usage & Cookies

We use local browser storage strictly to remember user preferences (such as light/dark mode and color theme selection). We do not sell user data to third-party advertisers.
