1. Overview & Governing Law

Welcome to HabibiCash.com. By creating an account or sending support payments through HabibiCash, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

2. Age Requirements & Account Registration

To register as a creator and receive payouts on HabibiCash, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in Ontario/your jurisdiction) and satisfy the verification requirements enforced by our payment provider, Stripe Connect.

3. Fee Structure & Payouts

Transactions processed on HabibiCash are subject to the following fee deductions prior to creator payout distribution:

• 2.5% HabibiCash Platform Fee: Covers website maintenance and platform development.
• 2.5% Charitable Contribution Fee: Allocated to verified charity partners.
• Stripe Payment Processing Fees: Standard credit card and payment network processing fees as determined by Stripe.

Payouts are processed automatically through Stripe Connect according to Stripe's payout schedules.

4. Prohibited Content & Behavior

HabibiCash strictly prohibits the use of the platform for illegal activities, money laundering, hate speech, fraud, harassment, or unauthorized commercial transactions.
